51 bucks per month

anyone else here commute to the texas medical center?
the want to start charging 51 bucks per month to park a motorcycle anywhere on their property. seems like an excessive amount of money to park a motorcycle to me, especially since it has been free up until now and there are plenty of motorcycles spaces, and given all the congestion there and gas prices too. i'm hoping we can get together and get something done against this. any suggestions.

an even better question who sits around and decides that it should be exactly 51 per month? I want that job...my new parking meters will charge $1.27 for the first hour and .36 for each consecutive thirty minutes.
