KTM 990?

Has anyone ridden one of these? I was at Wild West Honda the other day and they had a white one and it looked dope, except for the 14,495 sticker price

I have neverseen one on the streets and i wondered if anyone on here had one.

passed by one on the way to Cresson. The all flat black one. Had Akros on it. We stopped at the light and he was scopin out the 750 in the back of my truck. Light went green and homeboy nailed it. That thing sounded wicked. I dig em!

I like the adventure better but both are good. I am old and like my comfort but it is nice to have a bike that is capable off road.

I do have a friend with a 990 super duke but I have not ridden it.

The 990 is sure enough sweet.

It's a bit on the tall side, but the riding position is great, at least for me.

As far as the price tag, it's not far off of what the bikes are going for nowadays.

Might as well get used to it though, what with the dollars continuing slide, everything produced overseas is going to become more expensive.

Patrick, how are the KTM's holding up mechanically, I know they had issues with them breaking rather regularly?

I love the Super Duke R. Just don't have that much change for a motorcycle.
