Slip-On Pipe for the 08 Ninja

Just wondering what would be a good recommendation for a slip on for a Ninja 250 08. I've looked up the Yoshi, which is around 200 I believe.

Anyone know where I can find good deals for slip-ons? Any other recommendations? Thanks

I never owned anything that was just stock exempt the mercedes but thats cuz my best friend drives it and she wont let me touch my own car.

that said and u know where I'm coming from, it is a sound investment to put a slip on or a full system for that price? Shorty the stock or depending on the mounts buy a cheap universal and slip it on w a wrap-around bracket for the bike. May take a little modification and the pipe may be quite larger but I dont imagine a return on such an expensive investment on the 250.

Its got a great look, a lil more noise would be nice but sound is the key here right? Performance should be pretty tapped out of the engine from the factory; I understand they have a few mods but that's not what the 250 was designed for.

2 bros is 430; as mentioned above that's pricey...

I just saw the oem muffler; forgot its welded. If you don't have a welder handy someone could hook you up with that after you cut it. Usually oem in double walled to make sure to bevel the edges for a stronger weld.

I would look for a used stock pipe and cut it open and see what can be done. That is the cheapest way, and if you don't to too overboard, it can be functional, also.

I found the 2 bros for $380, but like cali had said, "Is it really worth it?" For this type/size of bike, all you will be altering is the sound/look, not much as far as performance. Also, if you plan on upgrading soon, you will not get a return on your investment. IMO save the bucks for your next bike. $.02

Sorry, I don't really have the equipment or knowledge. I'm sure you can find someone on here with the right equipment to get it done though.

If you're can has bolts on the end, tear it apart... wont hurt anything... Otherwise if its welded you'll need to visit a shop. Our welder is always out of oxygen so im afraid pass on that.... The Kat was the last weld/shorty i had done
