It was the 'aerodynamics' that interested me...

Imagine droppin a 1k infront of them these days... they'd look at the thin profile etc and say that we r losing speed to wind resistance

And 26 years from now we may be racing bicycles, as fossil fuel may go the way of the dinosaurs.

Tom, The powers that be do not let me be 'grumpy' any more. I now must smile and tell various riders that their f%$#ing s%$#@t does not pass. Just kidding. Besides, I did not become grumpy until my 8th or was it 9th concussion-thanks turn 9 TWS (Texas World Speedway).

By the way, did you ever get that ZRex fixed or did you end up letting that go to insurance? 'Twas a beautiful bike!

See you Friday morning!

Tom, Fixed it, talked my agent into not totaling the bike. Wrote me a check for $10 under the current value. Damage was cosmetic and I used the money to build a really nice, light naked bike. BKings do not scare me. Bike is currently for sale-CMRA classifieds. As I am working on 64, I think I will stick to minis-makes my wife happy as I have been retiring from riding for about 20 years (always one more year I tell Susan). Don't need any more turn 9 and then it was Tuesday deals-takes us older people way to long to heal. Kevin

Tom, Bike is fixed. Talked my insurance agent to not total the bike. Wrote me a check for $10 less than the total value. Damage was cosmetic only and I used the money to rebuild it to a much improved state-lighter and more HP. The bike is for sale-CMRA classifieds. Think I will stick to minis, as working on 64, I don't need any more exiting turn 8a and then it is Tuesday deals. I have been telling Susan I am quiting racing for 20 years, so she takes this as a positive step. Takes old people way to long to heal. Pax, Kevin

Hey guys a buddy here at work just turned me onto the site. He sent me a link to see the old Hondas knowing (being an old fart) those bikes are dear to my heart……so much so I own one. Here are a couple of pics of my old Honda F based Superbike. I raced it when it was modern and let Robert Marsh ride it in the WERA Vintage class to 5 National Championships. Would have had 6 but we throw a chain on the last lap at the GNFs with a 12 second lead. Anyway hope yall enjoy the pictures.
