You just can't appreciate them on the streets.
I'm refferring to their SS models, not the monsters and touring bikes of course.
Props to you Scorpio for bringing yours to the track and riding it hard...

I was impressed with how fast that thing is down the straights. i couldn't catch you. (not that I'm fast but just drag racing down the straights your bike was pretty quick)

Thanks,
This is my first duc, and when I first took it for a ride, I was kinda kicking myself for trading from my buttery smooth honda.
But then once I got it on the track, I realized what all the hype was about.
They take a little breaking in though. It's feeling better and better each time out.

did anybody see the article in sport rider, new 08 CBR1000 against the 1098R, with just an exhaust and programmer with traction control the CBR beat it by almost a second. 15 grand into the cbr and 40 grand into the duc. But that 1098 is a beautiful bike!

You do realize those are pics of 2 different bikes right?

The $79,000 Duc was prolly the Desmocidici. Jay Leno, Mr. Angelina Jolie and Tom Cruise have one, but they aint for us normal folks... <sigh>
