I think it does, and I'm pretty sure the person that originally posted the thread/poll does.
You wouldn't imagine how many threads I've considered starting, even typed them out and then canceled them because I felt they were unnecessary - just to find a thread started on the same topic later on. My point is that there should be some discretion in what your topics are about. Yes- there is the 'off topic' section, but as some people have stated, this site was created with the intention of motorcycle riders getting together and sharing stories, thoughts, opinions.

Now I do agree that there were not enough choices in that poll. I mean Geez, you have up to 10 choices to fill, why not use more than two? :dontknow:

Could have had..
working on my degree
tried and failed
going back for round two
4 years and working on masters
associates (2yr) degree
working on docotrate
etc...

all about quality...

No he is not a moderator. He is listed as a sponsor under Texas Track Days. He is able to modify & moderate under the TTD section only. Tim, please correct me if I'm wrong..

Agreed. It reminds me of the golden rule, as corny as that sounds.
don't tell others their thoughts are unless you want someone doing the same to you.

I voted "mildly annoying"

The threads that have been modified thus far have been obnoxious, butttt now that the mods are becomind more prone to modding poll results I feel it will eventually get out of hand.

I voted I wish I could modify the polls...but if it had been a multiple selection poll I would have also selected mildly annoying and I think it's funny.

It really shows how we need a moderator that does what is best for the forum

Keith has it nailed - Do it once and get away with it, and it's funny. Do it 5 times, and it becomes a habit.

I guess you can call me "Mr. Preventative Maintenance"

What do you mean? Are you implying the ones that are in place don't have the forum's best intentions in mind, or that we just need more? Not trying to put words in your mouth, just confused about what you were saying.

For the most part I have seen that most mods/admins are good people that do try to make MH better. There have been a few that chastised me or me off, but I hold no grudges cause they still for the most part seem to do a good job with MH.
