i seen that vid along time ago. the car directly in front of the red one(you can't see it,but look at the shadows.) does something to spook the red car. the bike is riding too close and trying to pass on a narrow road. imo, bikers fault for being impatient. keep in mind, the guy had a camera on his bike. i'm sure he didn't have it on there to show how well he's going to crash. imo, he was going to try something stupid anyway and wanted it on camera

i think the red car did it on purpose...i bet he was doing that to get back at the bike for tail gating him...maybe there was more to the video that the bike did to the cager to him off but whatever it was the car should have never done that..the biker could of died..and whose fault that would be? its all on tape.

Want Husky 510SMR or KTM 690 SMC to continue the hooligan activity

i don't think he rammed the biker, but thought he could get around, didn't pay attention, thinking the biker could fend for himself and he would try and make it, and just didn't count on the unbelievable speed of a sportbike.

I see em all the time in houston, cars racing fast just to get to the light or get around someone. I've ticked people off in my car when I had more horses and passed 2-3 cars on a long straightaway, but they wouldn't pass and I gave space, wasn't being a hoodlum.

I don't think intentional, but I think the cutoff could be either intentional, not to hit the biker, but just to hurry up to get first in line. The biker though we'd pretty much agree wasn't being very wise with following that close and not getting a good running start before moving over. It wasn't very defensive riding, though a pass with a little more room and further back might have avoided these conseq.

I personally have slowed down on aggresive passing sometimes since I found myself ALMOST in that situation at slower speeds where I was going to pass and the van slowed way down fast and threw blinker on at last minute to turn left, thanksfully I had my 250 otherwise I might have been going to quick... I watched out from that point to avoid putting myself in those sitautions.

Agree. Hope he took it to court.

Gotta re-watch the video. But usually when I pass in a car, I'm much more gradual, and I speed up a bit before I go to pass. I don't simpy jump in the other lane while I'm still 2 car lengths back.

edit: Eh, others are right. Didn't notice the other car in front of the bug at first. The biker should have been more careful and waited.

Pretty sure that would be the bikers fault.

old video, cagers are stupid and all but its 100% the bikers fault

once u notice the car start to drift left, either nail it or hit the brakes - he' woulda been fine - way too slow reflexes on the bikers part

he's better off not riding anyways
