CORNER WORK at MSRH

I spoke with Scott yesterday and I has asked if I can put out a call for corner workers for the CMRA event. The club has asked Scott for 10 workers for this weekend's event. You can contact Scott at scott @msrhouston.com to get on his list. They trade a full day work for half day ride. This is the only way to get free track time at MSRH. Scott is building a list of locals to help with SCCA, NASA, and other events at MSRH, not just bikes. Drop him an email if you'd like to get on his list of corner workers for the remaindeer of the season.

what would the time limit be? use it before the end of the year?

You can also sign up directly with our corner worker marshall, Barry Nichols, here: http://bbs.125gp.com/ubbthreads/ubbt...401#Post106429

General information about corner working at any of our race weekends can be found here: http://bbs.125gp.com/ubbthreads/ubbt...697#Post101697

Here's a link to our weekend schedule: http://www.cmraracing.com/pdf/2008/S..._schedule1.pdf

Feel free to call me at the CMRA office if you have any questions.

Thanks!

Would working these days now go towards provisional req's. for later when taking the class at a later date?

Or does the class need to come first to get the sign-off sheet in order?

Usually you have to apply for your license before your corner working can count toward your Prov Nov requirements. You'll need to ask Barry about that.

unless you are going for a race license, what Bdubb asked didnt matter to you.

how it works for you is, you work all day

you get a free half day credit to ride.

Corner working during the races is pretty cool. Think about it man! you get a front row seat for all the action
