the only rides i do not gear up for, and wear shorts, tshirt and sneakers are the rides from the garage to the parking lot, or parking lot to garage....and thats about 30-50 feet just so i can work on the bike or put it back when done.
other than that its always my helmet, jacket, gloves, riding pants and boots.

This may be good for long rides... thanks for the tip.

BTW, heat is no excuse in my opinion. Either drive a car or do what I do... ride faster "all natural A/C"

I'll wear full gear sometimes.. Other times its just a helmet ,jacket, gloves and boots and jeans.

But I'm too sexy for most of the time.

I used to not wear gauntlets....This changed my mind 2 years ago. Came out with just that little hand puncture. Could have been easily avoided.

Sometimes I wear a jacket, boots and a helmet but, when I am ready to ride I don't want to have to screw around for 30 min getting all dressed up to do it...I might regret it some day...Oh yea and I don't eat right either...And I smoke....
