Walter already has an "action plan" in place to cover parking at MSRH.

He mentioned this in the Rider's Meetings during the CMRA weekend at Oak Hill.

To briefly surmise: They'll have staff directing people where to park, to best utilize the space available. RV's and travel trailers in one location and smaller vehicles in another.

Is there going to be a need for corner workers?

I think Barry Nichols can answer that question - though I don't know if he lurks here. Nancy?

I don't believe that Barry checks this forum. He travels quite a bit in his real life job, so doesn't have much time to lurk. Barry has made arrangements with Scott for corner workers or you can visit our website and ask him directly here http://bbs.125gp.com/ubbthreads/ubbt...401#Post106391

As far as the parking plan goes, Walter and a couple of our other race day staff made a visit to MSR Houston last Sunday to get the lay of the land...so I'm sure he's got a plan.

Does anyone know what FM channel is used for announcements? I emailed the track on Friday, but haven't back yet.

Walter is bringing the FM Transmitter for simulcast in addition to the track's PA.
