thanks buddy... I am going to go look into it this week... see the thing is.. i am kind of limited to working out because of my knee... I can't run for long periods of time, let alone sometimes at all... I need to have surgery but am putting it off.. any suggestions? and would thermoboost work with my condition?

your knee should be fine...i would recommend instead of running, just do a quick paced walk on a steep elevation...that what i did after my ACL surgeries....workout plus the supplements should be good enough...once you get down in weight..you can start up the VPX redline...thatll up your insides, but you're a freak in the gym...

i tried Arsenla X, and it worked great, but it up my consentration the rest of the time. I kept getting bored at work, and wasn't interested in my favorite TV shows anymore. Kind of developed A.D.D.

biggest thing for making strengh gains is giving your muscles ample time to rest....basically...dont do one body part like heavy bench sets everytime you wokrout....you're muscles havent had time to rip and heal..so even if you keep lifting, you're not getting any bigger....i found that out cause i got stronger, but my chest was still flat...by giving mymuscles time to rest, not only did i keep getting stronger, but I gained a lot of size.....in triceps and chest


oh....drink protein after a workout!!!!!!!!!

i think i'm getting a fever/cold/flu..i couldnt finish my normal routine and had to stop at 205 on bench.. (135lb x2 sets of 20) (185 x2 sets of 12) (205 x barely 3 reps) WTF....i felt like throwing up . hope i get better by saturday. feeling pretty crappy right now.
