did you go see a doctor??

not sure I totally get the picture of what happened, were you the first one in line at the stop and he was driving a truck and hit you and went over the bike and knocked you forward?

It was his fault and they will give you at least up to 3x med. bills. If you have ins. dont worry about the money. You will get it back and then some. The more you spend the more they dish out.

that's always a decision I hate to make when the light turns yellow and I'm semi-far away.

my brakes are a lot better than the car behind me... "should I stop in case there's a cop around or the light turns red fast and a car jumps the green? Or should I gun it because the car behind me isn't paying attention?"

yeah, its totaled! i got rear ended some time ago on my gsxr by an old woman with a HUGE fro. i managed to jump off right when she hit me. be careful not to let the insurance company try to push you around, they were very shady when i got hit and tried multiple times to get me to tell them i was physically ok and didn't need any medical assistance... everything worked out in the end but it was very frustrating.

i recently had to deal with progressive and they were very on time with the checks, medical bills, and more checks.

it worked out for me, i hope you get as much as you need.

have them compensate all the time you are off from work, the pto that you have to use, and never forget the money for the misfortune of having to deal with all of it.

good luck

Definately push for an CAT SCAN on your back. Some lady rear ended me on my first bike at 60mph and it took 3 days for the actual damage to appear on the X- ray. Then they did the CT and turned out I had 5 vertebrae fractured. They'll put you in a TSLO brace and you'll be back in 12-16 weeks. It's the rest of your life if not dealt with properly now. Don't blow it off.
