Hey man, you're alright, you learned a lesson. And just leave the rash, you don't need a pretty bike, just a bike that rides...

Glad to hear you made it out fairly well. We all go down eventually (sounds morbid doesn't it?). The bike can be fixed.

Re: Went Down This Weekend

I know how it goes. I've been working mid-nights 6 days a week for over 2 years. Missed out on bike nights and most rides. Only done 2 or 3 rides on my 2003 Ninja 250 chasing after a 1000rr, a 954 and Aprilia Tourno Racing. Was riding over my head (and my bike) on 2 of the rides and went wide in a turn (once on each ride). Realized I needed to go faster down the straights to keep up so I wouldn't have to go so fast through the turns to catch up.

Lead a morning ride for a bail bondsman that worked nights once. He had been up all night and didn't push it. I was leading on my 250 and he was following on a green 9r. Did 3090 and the forrest.

Also did a Pie Run to Conroe. After the meet I rode home and went to sleep.

Did a 17 mile ride near Hempstead on a Bianchi 15 speed one morning after work.

It's just too dangerous after being up since the afternoon before. Still haven't figured out the best sleep/ride time yet.

2003 Blue Ninja 250
2008 Blue Klr650
1980 Pearl White Bianchi 15 speed

Sorry to hear this.. but glad you had your gear on. When you are ready hit me up and we'll take a lazy ride somewhere and get your confidence back up.

Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength-
