After I broke my collarbone last July, I had more pain from the bruising of my chest (I did a belly flop onto the track) than from the collarbone. In fact it lasted so long that I had the doctor x-ray my ribs to make sure nothing was broken. It just took a long time for the internal bleeding to stop and the blood to go away.

She's having the same problem. Had to go back to ER today to get some different meds. Pain in her chest/stomach has kept her very nauseated so she hasn't been able to take her pain meds. Sleeping good now though!

Cool! Great choice. She'll come out very well. Have you met Ed yet? When you do tell him Jim said hi.

Met Dr Sanders today and he said someone told him we were coming. He's a trip! Very no nonsense! He was like...yikes bad break...you need surgery...we'll do it tomorrow...see you then! Of course then we had to wait a couple of hours while they got the surgery all lined up. But I was very impressed with Doc Sanders!

Yeah he is a trip. I talked to him yesterday and told him about Candie. I know quite a few surgeons and lots of people that have had surgery and he takes a little different approach than most and she will get the best results. All my best to her.

Doc wanted to know why Scott waited several days to call him he said we could've had surgery on Monday had he called on Sunday

Have fun with Ed in The Torture Chamber and no whining/crying allowed!
