+1 on the Bruce systems. I love mine. =) I bought his fender eliminator kit and led turns - just got 'em on today. Can't really see in this picture, but it really cleans up the end of your bike.

Exhaust: $375 shipped, iirc. Surfside Moto? I haven't been to Motorcycles Unlimited yet, so I don't know if they carry them - but I hear that's a great local shop.

Fender kit: ~$50 off ebay, including the LED signals.
