try mr. clean magic erase pads. they clean the white leather very well.

What is the original purpose for those? Are they an astringent? I have heard of people using those before, but was a bit wary of them.

to clean stuff,lol. I haven't seen them damage any surface yet. Believe me I have used them on million dollar busses before and they are nothing short of a marvel to me.
