Just to make sure, Im goin to let them work on it this week and if it comes up again leaking then Im insisting on either-
1.Buy Back Full Price/Replace with 2008 zx6r
2.New Top of Engine
3.Trade in with full value for 10r/14r +Cash

You are doing it wrong. You are giving them too many options which means that you are flexible. not a good thing. Have them do a full buy back because you have lost faith in potential market value of said vehicle. All of the other options you listed will be more in the dealerships favor and does not leave you with many options in the long run.

That is lemon law. they have to buy it back at full price. Lemon law does not warrant them to buy back at current market value.
And if they say that (however wrong that it is) and you accept the terms; you might still be able to get a new zx6 from them because of the "haggle high settle middle" method.

Also tell them to compensate you with some store credit or something similar because of all your troubles.

lol yeah i got full coverage, it is a real nice dealership and very nice service dept. But somethings are beyond their control, like how the bike is built from the manufactor. I told the salesman that i bought it from (hes bada$$) that if it does it again after this time im running it thru the front glass door of the place lol j/k

well if your taking to mancuso on 59 / fondren, i know exactly which tech will work on it, and he is as great as you could ever want. (not saying anything else about the place, ehem)

but no matter how good the tech, a green bike is a green bike. sorry. you picked the wrong color. most of the zx's ive seen develop the problem, and it doesnt "fix". it just bandaids.

take my advice. let them try as the law requires and then use the lemon law if needed.

also. i cant remember the name or the details, but there is some type of advocacy organization to assist people who need to use the lemon law. similar to calling the BBB, they should take control of the situation, and get you taken care of. they know all the the dealer will try, dont even bother trying to haggle with them. i can guarantee they wont offer you what the law requires, and dealers are nothing but selfish and cheap when it comes to that kind of thing.

The dealership Im talkin about is right off of 59 S and the Beechnut/Gessner exit. Right by the Hospital I think. Yeah I plan on letting them fix it till the Lemon Law can be applied since thats the only thing I can do. But they WILL get a ear full come tomorrow. Its just ridiculous that this hasn't been a recall yet since 95% of 2007 zx6r's are doin this at some point
