Best All Around Tires?

I am about to change my tires. I have almost 7k miles on my stock Bridgestones. I do not like the way they handle in a good turn but other than that no complaints. I want to hear your feed back from your past experience. I plan on doing a couple track days so I want something with a dual compound.

Thanks for your feedback!

Pirelli Diablo Corsa III's

It just won't get any better than that. They offer very good and predictable grip, plus offer enough tread siping that the 002 Ride Smart's don't to give you confidence in the rain for street riding too. THe Ride Smart's are great tires, but the Corsa III's are better for dual duty.

+1 on PDC III.

Great double duty tire with good feedback for the occasional trackday rider. Much better feedback than the Michelin Pilot Powers (or whatever their street/trackday tire is called these days)

Corsa III FTW
I've mostly used mine on the track and they have great feedback and very predictable and are pretty long lasting. As for milage I'm not sure, but they seem to wear slowly on the street to.

I was wondering how he got 7K out of OEM BT015's. There is just no way he couldn't have been riding on cords for the last 3K miles

He might have been tip toe'ing around on the tires for awhile. I barely get 2K outta my Bridgestones. But to each his own style.

By saying tip toe'ing was meant that you were in a learning stage for your *ahem* new bike?
Not saying that you dont have skills...
