The facility was nice, but a little unorganized.
The track's old and has been expended here and there, so pits were kinda everywhere.
They do have hanger looking garages you can rent a spot for $30 a day (or for the weekend?).
Also there were condos in the middle of the track $175 per night with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room.
Water smell like fish/metal because it has lots of iron in it (not in the condo, just track bathroom and shower).
But they do have LOT WATER at the shower!!!
Camping area was nice and wooded, but lots of bugs.
Nice infield section you can get really close to turns and watch.
Very spectator friendly track and it's being redeveloped since there's new ownership.
I think they are trying to bring AMA back here.
Pretty nice track.

I'll take some more photos when I get up there for trackday in August and September.
3 mile long, 10 turns, very fast track.

Yeah, that's it.

Actually treeline's not that bad.
Just T1 and T2 are really fast turns (just like TWS (Texas World Speedway) T1 and T2) and a lot of serious crashes happen there.
Couple of years ago during CRA race weekend, there were two crashes happened back to back on those turns.
One broke vertebra and the other one was in coma for a long time.
And there's T3 where most crashes happen.
Track looks relatedly safe, but the new section (short course) they are building doesn't sounds so safe yet.
That's where Robert Jensen and some expert guys were testing on Friday afternoon.

"I dont want to start anything but...Sorry Fizz
From what i heard Jensen and some of the other fast guys did some testing on it and said that it is to dangerous to race on and even if they do race on it there will be no passing lanes.
this is just what i was told by one of mister Jensen sponsor."

Brainerd has been on the "ban list" for AMA for a while. It was/is a nice track, but like H-man pointed out, there were issues with run-off and other things. Getting on to the drag strip portion was an issue too, a lot like our Louisiana track.

Would be nice to see another venue for the series though if they can/ have made enough safety improvements

Hey, Tom.
That's your bodywork!
Everybody loved how it looks on the SV.

Awesome!

Unfortunately, they went out of business... Ebay bodywork and cheap-o deluxe bodywork sets won that battle.

Heck, even Attack is dealing with issues with low volume right now.

Oh yeah, nice pics, par excellent Nutty!
