HOW FAST CAN U TAKE A TWISTY?

As the title states, I am just curious, how fast can you guys take a twisty? Be honest now, I can take one at 95 mile per hour depending road conditions, and I believe I average out about 80 MPH. Its only been like three times I've taken one at 95. I know jeffH with the repsol 1000rr can take one at like 125 on the streets which is awesome!

This thread is purpose-less.
Not to dog you around, but every turn is different. You can't take twisties at one given speed.

You don't say hmmm my skill level is at 100mph for the twisties. Every turn is differnt, some are short, some are long, some are sharp, and some are sweepers. I've taken turns at 20mph at the twisties, and some at 145mph.

It all matters eon what road you're on, and what TYPE OF TURN IT IS.

I can do Racer at about a 100 and thats riding comfortably and not pushing myself. But yeah every road is different. For example, the 59 curve at Chimney Rock can be easily taken at 125 but thats just asking for it.

No offense, but I don't like threads like these. I think it will make some of the readers in here want to ride beyond their abilities on our group rides just for bragging rights. Don't worry about how fast others are, ride at your comfort level and never at 100% of your ability on the street. Alot of riders been going down in the twisties lately.

Ohh, and off the record, fz1moto is a track star, he's got umbrella girls and everything.
