go with this method of security. make a seat cover with broken bottles/glass. see if anyone sits on that

Ouch. I'm considering the alarm though. People just aren't considerate anymore, maybe in small towns its better.... but in Houston 95% of accidents with bikers seem that the driver DRIVES OFF if they are able to right away. Its really sobered my optimism of humanity living here. Very sad.

Last thing I will say on this subject is Gorilla alarm ftw. I was going to get a Scorpio, but I am VERY happy with the Gorilla alarm.
