Helmet : Diffrent brand = diffrent size!?

I currently wear KBC Force RR size Large, and it fits pretty comfortably.
I was at a dealer theother day looking for a new helmet and tried an Arai Helmet size large, it was so tight I was in pain!

Right now, I'm trying to order a Scorpion EXO-1000 (black) via online and am wondering which size I should order... any advices?
Could not find any dealers near my location to try them on...

I'd try one on locally first...try PowerSports of Houston off Jones Rd right before 1960. I wear a 7 1/4 fitted hat and I rock a M Scorpion EXO 400 if it helps

Suomy is known for not going with most as far as sizing. However, I have Suomy helmets so I love them still

+1, try some lids on before you order.

I would suggest hitting up Patrick over at Motorcycles Unlimited. He can offer some good advice for helmets to compliment different head shapes and fitament. Different helmets fit different heads in different ways. Hes the guy to help you out.

Also, talk $$$ with him. You'd be surprised at the deals he can get!!! Its at least worth asking.

i have suomy and it was tight on me too...but i found my shoei helmet was actually too big...they are supposed to fit a little tight...you could always get a tape measurer see what your exact measurment is....so you could see how it coincides with the s m L scale....
