i was in Kemah one time when a po-po got behind three of us. hit his lights i turned off the bridge and started to pull over when one of the others did and i kept going. got back on the bridge there was one waiting for me, they said i tried to run too. i calmly and politely explained that if i was to run he would not have me in cutsody right now. luckily he rode too and realized i was telling the truth. it still cost me 375 to get my bike back, 175 to bond out and a unsafe speeding ticket (even though I was never clocked, nor was I speeding) hey either that or a felony evading charge!
let's not play games if u going to gun it, ake sure u r aware of whats going to happen.

Just pay the ticket...Unless you are a murderer or rapist or pedophile-- its just a ticket...

they also use fox news chopper to help with the chases...you cant lose the helicopter...most the time the bike runs outta fuel and if you run on foot....the chopper will still be watchin...so good luck with that!!!!

Unfortunately about a track you end up the same place you start.

If the chopper has a short term flight time of 3hrs, there isn't anything you could do. All the roads of houston turn into each other and unless of the free way bolting in a straight line, the chopper really doesn't need to be moving fast at all. Mind you the choppers used in WWII werent stream line or have the technology/weight as today and they were clocked easily above 200mph... so if a chopper is on you, your best bet is still to hit the underground garage and ditch before the local enforcement gets there, good luck w that w radio...

On the queston of who would run out of fuel first I would say the bike. You've got 10+/- gallons of fuel (given that you do fill up with the high gas prices). The chopper I have no idea. Being that you're running on the bike you will be at WOT as much as you can, but since there would be traffic you will be braking and getting on and off the throttle. The chopper won't be down on you so he has a higher field of view so he doesn't have to go as fast to try and keep up. His job is only to maintain visual and relay the position to grounded units.

chopper usually runs about two hours and during a chase they usually have another one take its place while the other goes to get fuel

Your typical 600cc+ sportbike is faster than just about any local law enforcement or ENG chopper.
