Oh yes they do! I've seen them with my own eyes. Luckily, I wasn't doing anything stupid at the time so I had nothing to fear.

Heck they were using helicopters back when I street raced. Imagine how much more fun for the heli pilot to chasing a bike.

bike vs HPD chopper range

Not sure what it was. just got the courtesy call 2 make sure it wasn't me. ignorin police radio, road blocks, etc. what's the mileage range on a fully fueled HPD chopper? We'd run outta fuel first, wouldn't we? just hypothetically, not willin to test. but it's early. . .

Yes HPD uses helicopters. The squad is nicknamed Night Stalkers, my friends dad flew one of them. I have the patch somewhere...

mileage

I'm pretty confident MOST of us know and understand the responsibilities, risks, and consequences. my question was if anyone knew a chopper vs a bike's range at speed. obviously, mileage takes a dump on anything at higher rpm, And i'msure they can carry more fuel, just don't know nothin bout em whirly birds. just wonderin. . .
