WWYD to my R6?

I have $220 in Gift Cards to Motorcycles Unlimited and I'm debating on what to get done to my R6 next. I'm supposed to have a line on some black Vortex rearsets when I get back in town. I really want to get the passenger pegs and rearsets powdercoated to match the frame, etc. I was also thinking about picking up a seat cowl but da*n they're expensive I'm also getting my suspension set up for my weight. And it's at the 8k mile marker so it's time for me to do the plugs, but I should be able to do them at home. Anyways, if this was your bike, what would you have done?

Powder coat the rear sets and passenger pegs. It's 50 or 60 bucks if I remember correctly. Definitely you want to have the sags set on your suspension - that's only $30 or so.

Assuming the maintenance is all up to date - oil, plugs, brake and clutch fluid, I'd be looking at black pazzo levers. Better front brake pads would rule as well.

SS brake lines maybe.

Myself the next mod I am going to do is cut off the CAT and get a BMC airfilter.

This guy cuts off your CAT and makes your stock exhaust into a nice header setup. Does it for 215 dollars. Thats going to be a nice power gain with the weight savings alone.

Forgot to mention, there really isn't a set budget. Just threw out that I have a GC so people wouldn't say "Take it here and get this...." I'm looking for things that could be had from Motorcycles Unlimited

I have tossed the idea of a PCIII around for a while now. You think it would make much of a difference with the 600 since I only have a slip-on and not6 the full system? I have heard that you really only see much difference when you go to a full system and then you need the power commander. All advice is greatly appreciated, keep it coming folks!

Ive heard the same. I dont know if that only applies when trying to make power? Im eventually getting one but more to fine tune the curve rather than make HP.

That's why I considered one. Opening up the flow of the exhaust robbed a little of the low-end power(which the 600's lack to begin with), but I heard it wouldn't do much for me to tune it. On the other hand, it isn't going to hurt any and if it even makes a small difference it would be smart to put it in my list of mods even if it is a low priority
