motorcycle liscence

im 17 and have a drivers liscence. what would i have to do to get a motorcycle liscence. and do any of you reccomend a place to get it. im in the sugarland area

Since you are under 18, you are required to take a Basic RiderCourse.

After that, you'll need to go to your local DPS office, take a written exam and get your motorcycle endorsement on your license.

lmao, you will get on a bike at the basic riders course.. you will spend about 2-3 days learning and riding the bike. you can expect to spend anywhere from 150-200 dollars for the course (priced it high cause i dont know the prices for everwhere but its usually on avg. 170-180)

then once you complete the class and PASS the test at the end. you simply go down to the DPS office, sit down, take a computer/written test and your done. Now you can go look at bikes and have some information about riding and the basics and be able to make an informed decision
