Bike(s):
Kawasaki EX250 (dead due to mechanical failure)
Kawasaki EX500 (on loan from a friend)
Pending, bikeless once the 500 gone :-(
Want Husky 510SMR or KTM 690 SMC to continue the hooligan activity

I just park it under the carpart. I don't chain it right now per new apartment with very few people and gated, not much traffic at all at the very back, if busy apartment, I'd be using a big ole chain.

And if i didn't have a ninja 250, I'd be even more paranoid. Right now I'm hoping someone steals it, i pay $250 deductible and buy another bigger bike...

lol

Lol. Not that eager.. I just kidding. i don't see any real threat here. There's a new 2008 with a wimpy chain at the front and I'm over 100 yards in the back with maybe 3-4 people total in my building. Since I commute everday and its been cooking hot, i've not seen the need to chain everytime I leave it there. I check from the window on it periodiacally as well.

Seriously, SHOP AROUND. Every company has a different equation to calculate your premium, one variable could make a huge difference with one company and may make no difference at all with another company. In other words, don't take another's word it, shop around for yourself.
