I wonder which driver (Porsche or biker) had more money to pay off the cops? hmmmmmmmm j/k. But for real tho, that does look fishy and is that they would only go for the biker and convict him, and let the porchester go. I mean, I know they probably got all this on video from the cop's dash cam. Should be able to find the plates on that porsche. It would only be fair to punish both, and not just one.

well, i seriously doubt the cop at that instant in time decided the biker had less $ and to chase him........and no the cop never got close to either to vid. before he cracked up. they were prolly 130+, a whole lot of ground in the time it takes to do a U-turn.......

and yes, both should be charged equally.

The conclusion is the cop took his own life.

i think my fire setting is a better example, even accidentally. let alone setting the fire on purpose. they found the arsonist guilty of ?? murder/homicide/manslaughter, not sure which it was. he had no intention of killing anybody, just burning the place down. well the biker had no intention, just wanted to race...........but went downhill, and somebody died. somebody will be held accountable.

if biker hadn't a been hauling , cop wouldn't have whipped a uiee.....

misdeamenor or felony speeding? let alone wreckless, racing you name it.........
so your saying if the cop died becuse of a misdeamenor you wouldnt get the book thrown at you?

i personally think it's ridiculous they charged the biker with what they did. cops get away with so much it's not even funny. it wasn't too long ago that cop shot some 14 year old playing video games and got 10 years probation. and that one article posted recently about the senator who hit a motorcyclist while running a stop sign @70 mph, killed him, and got 3 years probation. there's no way to justify these irrational sentences. The DA must have been a pro at picking out complete idiots for this jury. I feel worse for the family of the biker who has to go to prison for SPEEDING than i do for the cop. RIP Cop
