Inspection sticker location

I have mine on the swingarm. Has anyone had the police give them a hard time over it? The State Trooper at the bike shop I got my R6 at said that the swing arm is fine. But a few people I have seen around town said I might get pulled over a few times for it being in that spot.

I have mine on my swingarm and was pulled over by a State Trooper because "he could not see my sticker frm the rear." He walked up and stated as such, I told him it was on the swingarm, he leaned over, validated it, and said "Have a nice day."

If they cannot see it from their vehicle behind you, they have cause to pull you over and check. If you're fine w/ that (like I am) then have at it. If you want to give them 1 less reason to pull you over, then stick w/ under the plate. My $.02.

i do inspections, alot of people put them on the swing arm and say they dont have problems with gettin pulled over for that, but guess it gives a reason to pull you over

I still am debating on whether or not I want to put mine on the swingarm or get one of the adapting plates once I do my fender eliminator. Im going to play around with both and see if I really like the look better without that extended part for the sticker...

I got pulled over by a State Trooper and he started looking for it under the fender, I told him it was on the swingarm and he checked it and didn't give me any beef.

Technically by the book it is supposed to located "at or near the license plate". The swingarm is neither at or near the licesne plate. But who am I to complain, I haven't had one in 8 years and never had a problem in the 4 times I was pulled over not due to speeding or any moving violations but due to HID headlights.

I forgot, if you own one of those pimp strolling stretched bikes with a license plate on the swingarm then the inspection sticker would be near the swingarm.
