Austin is where its at!! I could marry my bike if i lived here!

Well guys,
I came up to my boyz place in Austin a few days ago to thrash the streetbikes a bit and party with a bunch of friends and WOW... is it ever so different from Houston! I forgot how bad it was from even the last time i came up. I gotta admit, Im pretty burnt out on the Houston streetbike scene! Its so flat and boring back home but its just plain WICKED here! Every road is twisty and hilly! I dont think i would even own a car if i lived here other than for rainy days! I know going to be so depressed going back to Houston whenever i decide to head back. Im actually considering moving up here now for school and just because its so nice out here and the streetbike scene is wild. Yall definitely gotta plan a ride out in Austin if you havent been out here already. Its a totally different experience if your only used to riding the boring Houston streets. It made me fall in love with streetbikes all over again!

Dont mean to offend anyone but Houston really does suck for riding. Crabb river is only fun so many times... lol

Gotta either move up here or track it....

There are other much better roads if you venture out further but I dont want to spend $40+ round trip on gas to go on some weekend ride :/:

Track it

it needs to be planed with at least two weeks in advance... thats a good beginning. I'm more interested in a 1 day trip rathjer than the whole weekend.

I agree, Austin roads are far better than Houston roads. Though there aren't any near by tracks, you can jump on the bike and hit some fun curves through hills on streets that were paved properly. 2222, Lime Creek, 1431, BBQ at coopers, the bike nights, even Highway 1 is good times. If people want to do a ride through the north west side of Austin, I'm in and would like to help plan it out

How about saturday the 21st of June, or sunday the 5th of july?

BTW I'm diggin the truck in your avatar!
Thanks for the compliments man. I sold that truck a little while back. It was bad though man! Couldnt drive it anywhere without people asking questions. lol

I also have a fully built 89 LX hatch with a stroked 347 in it and alot more. Glad to hear your in the foxbody scene. Seems like its fading out now. Im beginning to see less and less of them around.
