I looked at the high mount, but I have saddlebag for the longer trips and it would melt them

I'll be off two weeks, and headed to Austin the first weekend for a little 2 day trip.

When I was shopping for exhausts for my 1000, everything now is shorty this and shorty that....well the tails on the 01-02 1000s are much longer then the new 1000s with the bobbed off end....I couldn't find for a full system. I ended up with a full akro, carbon can in its full 19" length..... Still just a tad shorter then the tail of the bike but looks just right.....A shorty on mine would have looked ridiculous....
