haha i can see both sides of the argument here. one side is their employer is the NBA and if they enforce a dress code they should have to follow it like an normal employee anywhere would. the flip side is what consititute "being on the job?" the NBA wants them to dress "business casual" all the time. i say just enforce that rule when they are on the sidelines watching the game, but hey im not the David. each individual team should be able to determine when their players are "on the job" and when they are not. my two cents.

i played ball in high school and i had to dress up, but thats high school. these are adults (well most haha), telling them how to dress or act wont fly easy with them, especially since there has never been a dress code in the whole entire history of the NBA. dress code or not, im pretty much indifferent. the NBA is their employer and they should comply.
