I think I remember hearing about races around the 610 loop?

I could swear I heard a story of a guy on a busa doing the 610 loop (right at 37miles) in 14mins. Is this true or am I talking out my ?

Word problem:

If a motorcycle travels the 610 loop, a 37 mile trek, in 14 minutes, at what rate of speed must he travel/average?

If my math skills (meager as they are) serve me, that's about a 159mph avg speed. Possible but unlikely. I certainly have no first hand knowledge of the feat.

I think it would result in a high death to attemp ratio - not recommended

I'd be all over a either a point to point or 610 loop challenge. Bikes, cars, whatever... what a hoot.

If you tried to run the whole loop I am sure you would attract some unwanted attention before you made it all the way around.

Airplane maybe. Avg speed for 37 miles = 222mph. Someone was full of it.

I'm sure you may think its fun, but thats a quick death and I'm sure your family wouldn't enjoy it as much as you did...especially in a closed casket.

1.STFU

2. The guy told me tonight that they do it at early hours in the morning, little cars and traffic. FYI

3. Just b/c something sounds stupid and dangerous does not mean it's not interesting.
