some of yall might think this is stupid. has anyone ever seen a bike with neons on the underside and did it look good. this was a thought that crossed my mind

I don't think it is stupid, but I have seen many bikes with neon, and it never looks good. LED's in my opinion are much better because you can hide the bulbs easier and just get the effect.

Agreed. LED's look soo much better, especially when they're done well.
