Different kind of squid

Knock, knock, knock, BusaDave respectfully requests to enter the MotoHouston.com forums.

Bought my first bike (Honda Hurricane 600) in 1987 right out of Navy Boot Camp (ie Squid), then a GSXR-1100 in 1994. Unfortunately, sold it in 1997 when my son was born and we were moving to Arkansas. Came back from Afghanistan last year and decided it was time for another bike but I wanted to start small. So of course I bought a 2007 red Hayabusa this past January. Took the Basic Rider MSF Safety course and have not looked back. Loving every minute of it plus getting better gas mileage then my car. I'm looking forward to making some of the weekend rides. glad to meet all of you.

BTW- MotoHouston is hands down the best local forum out there!!!!

Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength-
