Seen it before poor guy. I can see why the rider crawed off that track their red/yellow flags must be at the laundry or something.

As I understand it, it was at Infineon speedway in Cali, and yes the CW did die. I'm not sure if there were red flags in the preceeding corners. This is a good reason why they say to pay attention to the other riders. If someone gets out of the gas like the other riders were, SLOW DOWN. Something is going on. BTW this video has been around for quite some time...like 3-5 years.

I always tell cw's to stay off the hot track until they get the all clear. Under no circumstances should they go out on a hot track.

I'm sure the cw's in this vid were doing what they thought was the right thing, and RIP to the one that was killed, but man, I wish that would have played out differently...
