south side 12" tire mounting?

Who on the south side will mount 12" tires on my mini bike? I've been told most shops don't want to do them, is this true?

Thanks,
Mike

PS this is the last step to finally getting my mini moto ride-able. i started it up tonight!!

but for reals most dont want to mess wit it cause its hard to spoon those on and not pinch the tube. tose tires are so skinny its hard to work wit. and cause of that most places will go through several tubes trying to get it together.
