IF you were to bring AMA into to the conversation the 600 SS bikes would be about as close to stock as you are going to get.
formula extreme does not fall under ama?

These threads are called busting chops. you are dumb. have a good day.
while I am at it. Do you want to go look at BSB 600 class or JSB 600 class as well? they all have ohlins, brembo marsch, etc.

There is nothing even remotely close to an AMA bike compared to a stocker. Get your head out of your . thanks .

For the OP, just go get a used 06 gsxr 600 with decent milage, you can find good deals around here if you don't want to spend the $ on new. my 2 cents

new really dont bother me or slightly used. i just can usually get a good deal on a dealer leftover. like the kawasaki deal. but like i said every other brand was a grand to two grand more expensive i was curious what someone who has bein around the block had to say about them. and is there a reason for the huge price difference.

I have an 06 636 and I've ridden an 07 6r. My 636 has more low end but the 07 while it's slightly underpowered, the genuine slipper clutch, and suspension are better than mine. Gear indicator is nice on the 07's too. I have ridden both on a track, I prefer the handling of the 07 on track. I tweaked my suspension for me and now my 06 handels pretty good I think but still think the 07 is better in that department. Oh, an even me being a kawi fan, I HATE the kawi green color, it's putrid if you ask me! Blue bikes FTW!!

mine hasn't detoriated that bad which is good. I get a few mis shifts now and then but I'm gonna do the factory pro shift star mod next, and GP type shifting does help the individual upshifts feel a bit more positive if you ask me. The 05's have it worse than the 06's still a big problem for some though.

Are you dense or just plain stupid?

go to the ama website and down the Rules PDF about what is allowed on the bikes according to class. Where did I mention super sport? Read----factories supports formula extreme also.

again....leave it to the bikeless

It's a fantastic bike but the standard gearing is too high.
easily and cheaply remedied with some different sprockets although you'll then need a speedo corrector.
