Not all laced wheels use tubes. And it's a lot cheaper to replace a tube than a tire. If you're good at it you can pop the bead, pull the tube out, patch it, and put it all back together without taking the wheel off the bike.

i have a little expierence on an f4i and i really liked the way it handled and they seem pretty bullet proof and maybe a little easier to find stunt parts for

Get a goldwing. I bet they out corner all those bikes(cruisers) and has massive storage area and the same hp. Plus the tunes the tunes are crazy loud I mean the bike is worth the 18k just to ride with the freak'n loud tunes.
