Sounds like you are just trying to ride a bigger bike to prove something. There is too much ego when it come to motorcycles.

2005 Suzuki Gsxr 750 Anniversary

As said before, the same frame on a GSXR600 & 750. Same seat height (31.9 in) and the weight difference is 5 lbs. And about 25 to 28 more hp. I love my 750 but never ridden a 600 more than a few minutes so I can't compare. Prolly never buy anything but a 750.

I don't need a bigger bike to feed my ego, I have a desire that burns inside of me unless I speed it out. There is nothing wrong with being a speed demon as long as you know when to do it and when NOT to do it. Which earns me dun dun dunnnnnnn another star....and I am a GIRL! I don't have envy. LOL!

When your talking 600 to a 750 your only looking at a few pounds in weight difference.
the K6 600 and K6 1000 is only 11lbs difference dry weight.
I have a K600 went one down in front two up in back sprockets air filter power commander and a TRE I can pull wheelies with out clutching the bike now. Way more take off runs way faster than stock still with stock pipe. A 750 is nothing more than a 600 with 20hp more at crank typically. At least with suzuki.

The 600 is the only bike that does not have a limiter on it. With a TRE on other bikes eliminates the top speed limiter. Myself and another one of my friends put our bikes on a rear stand and top speeded our bikes on it and 186 is were it stopped. At least with suzuki it's true for ours.

you really admit to putting your bike on a rear stand and topping it out? that would have made a great you tube moment if it would have came off the stand.

Most current liter bikes won't do a GPS 190mph stock. I broke 194 on my 1000 but it def. wasn't stock. You'll need a Busa to get up in those speed limits. Even then, you are toying with death on a public roadway.

Yeah it sure would have but it didn't. We took more percautions than that just wasn't going to get that far in detail. Still it was an amazing irresponsible learning experience.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Ya'll crack me up! That would've won you 10,000 to buy ANOTHER bike! LOL! But 186 is close enuf for me...heeheehee. And I may toy with death, but when YOU die...will you be able to say you really LIVED? NO FEAR! Plus, I couldn't let a camaro show me up. Sorry.

And yes, that is my bike...right there in the pic...just not NEARLY as minty.

i call bs. GPS'd the k6/k7 600 tops out at 158.3 mph, gearing limited. if you went down one in the front and up two in the rear, it would be faaaaaaaaaaar less than even that.

The 750 used to be a class in AMA at one time then did away with it. I would have to do some research but there were other 750's made by other co. Get back to you on that.

it isn't just gearing limited... it is horsepower limited. not enough hp to get to the 180's
