yeah I have the power commander and I did not get it from graves, I bought from the Yamaha store ( really good price) so it is not programmed.

Can we make appointments with him or is it just drop the bike off and they work on when they can?

Either way. If you want to "be a part of it" and he's allowing it (usually he does), bring some ear plugs and bring it by appointment.

If that's not what you want to do, you can drop it off and he'll let you know when to pick it up.

Tell him Tom Anderson sent you- you may get a break... or charged extra!
