Thanks , yea gas prices is killing me and bike would be such a better alternative for a DD . So the lexus would be my date car or used for a special occasion

Hello, welcome to MH

I took MSF a few months after i got my bike and yes, no license was always on my mind. so, for peace of mind, take MSF and get your license then get the bike.

I grew up around Yamahas and love the body style of the 03-05 model , currently thats wut I'm looking for but in a much cheaper price range in the 3-4k . I might have to reconsider parting some things on the car to compensate for getting a bike , which I'm hoping I dont :(

Yep. 2003-2005 is same as 2006-2008 R6S. I love my R6s. I started on an 01 R6 which is still a great bike and you should be able to find one in the price range you are looking for.
