Dude.. I dont know where your from but someone needs to school your about Houston and where NOT to be posin at. I say posin because if you live in Spring and it's 3:30 am your needs to be on the freeway, missing as many lights as possible and going home. Not cruisin Greens rd. I TRULY am glad you guys are ok but your are totally askin for trouble in that area, or any area for that matter, at 3:30 AM on a bike.
i from chicago's south side where when your in the hood you know it. but i guess it dosent matter where you are, if somebody wants something you got there going to try and get it. i've only been in houston for a lil over a month so,like i said i just didnt know that that area was gully. and 3'30 am is perfect for riding...no traffic not hot, i guess ill keep it on the six 0 until i get all my chl info worked out from ILL

Gents I carry 7 out of 5 days and always a spare mag of nasty nasty golden sabers and I have no qualms about direct cranial ventilation fo those who obviously don't get enough oxygen to their brain when they think they can take my bike.

take my wife, take my money but leave my bike the F**K alone!

no police called? leave em there so they can jack the next guys?
dont let off shots unless you know where they are going.

first it is extremly hard to try and fight someone when you have on helment jacket and gloves, and second after we got home he was like ", i glad they ran cuse those three rounds were all i had".... but we didnt call cops because neither of us really saw there faces and didnt even try to see where they ran we were just tring to get outta there.
you should have called the cops, especially with brick to head action and shots fired. These guys will try it again, gimmie a break, did it really happen? and why is he carrying and just have 2 rounds? CHL? MSF? 911?

1) Glad you're okay
2) Sorry your friend wasn't able to put the losers out of commission
3) CHLs are great (ah luv yew Texas)
4) your buddy was bar hopping with a gun in his pocket? That's against the rulz - just saying. You get held to a higher standard if you're a gun-packing, CHL-issued person. And bar hopping (and drinking) while carrying does NOT reflect well on you if you wind up standing over a dead guy, brick notwithstanding.

Oh, almost forgot:

5) hit you in the head with a brick?! - that's downright uncivilized. Now we've all got one more reason to gear up! ATGATT-BBB. (brick bogey in the bushes)

It is funny that those guys thought a brick to the helmet would have hurt you.
glad you two are alright

P.s. in my opinion your friend should still have one round left, two perps/three rounds

You're exactly right. It's entirely different.

A truck is a much bigger, faster, heavier weapon and much more capable of killing someone than a brick.

With the way people drive and the Texas summer heat it's the best time to ride, just not in GunsPoint

Yeah I can see it now down shift and run from a truck chasing you cause he is cause he ran a red light almost killed you, flip him off then he tries to run you down and hit you with his truck so you take off to get away some car makes a quick lane change and you hit and hopefully you don't die trying to get away from him the whole time he is reaching in his center console looking for something. It's different but the end result can still be the same.
