I think you need to take the little 250 to the track. Learn there and not on the street. If you feel like you're about to drag a knee on the street, you're going to fast ... that's just me personal opinion.

3. Learn to turn at track

My first day at the track (with the infamous Dr. Gonzo instructing) improved my skills sooooooo much, it was amazing! Previously ghey-tarded, I upgraded in one day to just being slow Seriously, track time (even if you don't win it) is well worth it!

Can someone explain the push pull thing for basic turning on the streets? I took the msf but they didn't mention anything but that.

I took the one at spring awesome cycles. I know they taught basics like push right go right but they didn't mention anything about push pull if my memory is correct.
