Need Help - Dealer issue

A buddy of mine bought a bike from Fort Bend County Cycles before they went out of business, but his bank never got the title for his bike, and now he's having a problem getting plates for it.

Do any of you guys know the people who owned/operated this dealership? My buddy's got a title hearing coming up and needs to get ahold of someone from the dealership.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

ok, yeah, he said he was gonna try and get the address through public records. he said there were something like 25-30 people left in the same position he's in. hopefully this works out well for all those people... guess we'll see.

Hello, I got scammed by the same crooks ( Father and Son). I boght a ZX14 back in December of 2007, paid cash and never the plates and title. Now I'm having to apply for a bonded title and guess what, I had to pay all the taxes and fees again.

The name of those crooks are Dave Martin and Chris Martin. I have Chris's cel number but don't even bother call cause he will not answer. He is been running from everyone.

I know he stole money and left a bunch of people hanging when he close his doors.

I've been seeing some attorneys but they all said that my case is to small for them to even start somenthing but I with more people we could file a collective suit. If there is anyone interrested please let me know.

You can contact me directly at direnzoneto03@yahoo.com

Wow. That really suks donkey.. Good luck to all in this issue.
I bought mine from a car dealership and he took forever to get me the title but after showing up for a few days at the office he finally * found * the title in the files there at the office.
