whats ur hanover cure????

well im my search for a hangover cure i found one thing that would kick u in the and burn all the way down BUT it always helped

1. get 4 to 5 limes(depending on how fresh they are) and squeeze them into a cup
2. get some cayenne pepper(about half a tea spoon) and put in the lime juice)
3. add some salt to it (about half a tea spoon)
4. POUND IT!!!!!!

now this stuff really burns coming down and then ur stomach feels warm for a bit but it gives u a great kick in the for awhile, its has workd many wonders for me, i think i might just need some tomorrow

ooohhh yeah i also found out that a beer to relieve a hangover never works, all it does is cause it to become worse

Maybe you should just try taking a shot of bleach. Sounds like it will have the same results

Stick to one drink(i.e. only beer ot only liquior).
Drink some water before going to bed.
Take something for a headarce before going to bed.
Eat a GOOD breakfast in the morning.
Drink water/gatorade mixture.

Or... just don't drink so much.

yea i guess its hard for people to understand that when youre drunk you are extremely dehydrated. so all you have to do is drink a shitload of water or gatorade

not to drink so much that you get a hangover. understandably difficult at times, but it never fails.

My GF is a health nut and she studies this . So she gives me:

1. I pound as much water as I can hold down before I go to bed (like so much I cant swallow anymore out of the glass)

2. Take a PM pain-killer

3. SLEEP!

4. When I wake-up drink more water and fresh fruit juice.

5. Take a Multi Vitamin

6. Gatorade and water all day.

7. Wonder why I still feel spaced out and worthless.

8. Cry myself to sleep

9. Repeat

*sighs*
