50 Governer?

I have the stock bars and throttle assembly on my 50 at the moment. This lil screw and nut on the underside of the killswitch/throttle assembly, is that governer? How do I adjust it?

You don't have the stock throttle assembly so you ain't got one. But it is on there so parents can limit the speed for their kids on the bike. I told my mommy to deal with it cause I am taking that screw out.

Makes a difference in how far you can open the throttle. I seriously think I tripled the distance my throttle travels now that I took it out. Huge difference. Not that it matters. Big bar kit will be here in 3 days!
