If you were selling your bike...would this.....

you off?

inquiry from CL posted that I need to remove. Bike has been sold.

Hi,

Hope your having a great day.

I was inquiring about your 2002 GBR 954 as I am a serious potential buyer. I am looking for a bike for my son.

I looked up the values on your bike and I called the bank to get a loan value, which is less than the low retail. CLICK HERE

Please donít get offended as it seems some people feel their bike is worth more than most are willing to pay. Anyway, Iím willing to give you $400 more than low retail.

Personally I think if anyone was willing to pay average retail, they would want the security of buying directly from a reputable dealer.

Warmest Regards,

I'm not hatin on him. Just the comment about "most people think thier bike is worth more than people are willing to pay" kind of bothered me. Considering mine sold for $1,115.00 above low retail and I still think I left $500 on the table.

doesn't bother me....because i can see some truth in that.

although i don't really go by what KBB or NADA says.....but it's a good start. i usually shop around and see what they have sold for on ebay or other sites and determine what i THINK it's worth.

Furthermore, what the is this man doing buying my 954 for his son? I wonder if he needs another son!!!!

Gotta love when people are too lazy to click "delete" on their ads and you waste your time emailing them on the item

People on CL do think they're is worth gold lately, the guy is right.

That should go under dumb metaphors, analogies or whatever the it is. 350 plus pounds in gold is certainly worth more than $5100.00.

Spoken like a true "middleman".
