Keep working on finding balance point..You seem to be a little low when you clutch it up and have to chase BP.

And do us all a favor and stay off of highways if you're going to practice wheelies. At least wait untill you can ride one without being wreckless.

Yeah, you did. Little to no rear brake control, all throttle. I imagine you're clutching up in 2nd at around 45mph? Find a place where you can learn balance point at a slower speed

I had a conversation with a Brazoria county sherrif a few weeks ago.
I asked if it was true they had increased the penalty for wheelies.
He said it was a jailable offense...

I said I could see that, if someone was doing a 100mph standup on the freeway but, just a little one on a back road surely would be viewed differently.
He smiled and said it's the same thing.

Maybe public roads are a bad place to do them now.

Just lean back and cover the back brake,

I know I'm guilty of killing the streets, but unlike most, I wont whine or run if i get caught.

if he was on a Honda he'd not only find BP but he would own his own track to do them on!

Speaking of Honda, he should get on a fiddy first to learn what balance point and brake control feels like.
