Sheesh... and his brother was just in RoadRacing World magazine's 'cribs' section. Bigtime house in Australia. Retired young and unexpectedly to be a writer. WTF?

Weird family. lol

What a shame. I stood outside his paddock once drooling at his bike and all the people and equipment.
He was one of the best and to be reduced to purse snatching and stealing from a 70yo man is sad.

Been there done that... still couldn't keep his nose clean. Nobody wants him. Well, they would probably take the chance if he rode for free to prove himself. hehe

No doubt. I personally think it was wrong to lock up Downey for drugs. He needed rehab not jail. He didn't hurt anybody with his habit but himself and jail didn't help at all.

This guy did hurt or try to hurt someone else so that is an entirely different deal.

I think drugs suck. They ruin too many lives. They should put a hunting season on dealers to control the varments.

The world (and I) need drugs. Don't blame the drugs...That 70yo man was clearly taunting him.
